For a pre-order, the expected delivery date is on the product page. As soon as your pre-order ships, you get an email with your tracking link.
- Did you also order something that is in stock? We ship that first, in a separate parcel.
- The date on the product page is an estimate. Has it passed and you still have no shipping email? Send us a message with your order number and we will find out when your parcel is coming.
