The upper of our shoes is breathable mesh. So the biggest gains are in your socks and in drying properly:
- Wear sports socks made of wool or a synthetic material, such as merino. They wick moisture away; cotton holds on to it.
- Take the insole out after wearing, so the shoe and the insole dry properly.
- Let your shoes dry in an airy place at room temperature, not on a radiator.
- Wear them every day? Alternate with another pair, so each pair can dry for a day.
Do you have skin problems or sweat a lot? Ask your GP or a podiatrist for advice.
