Annoying! Often the parcel turns up quickly. First have a look here:
- with your neighbours
- in a safe spot around your home, such as a shed or behind the door
- in your letterbox
- with anyone in your household who may have taken it in
- at the nearest parcel shop
Your tracking link often shows a photo or the place where the parcel was left.
Still nothing after 2 working days? Send us a message with your order number. We will take it up with the carrier; you do not have to do that yourself.
