Check these points:
- Is the code typed correctly, without a space before or after it?
- Is the promotion still valid?
- Does the code apply to the products in your cart? Some codes do not apply to every product, or only from a certain amount.
Still not working? Send us the code and a screenshot, ideally before you complete your order. Applying a code afterwards to an order that has already been placed is not always possible.
