I get blisters or my heel hurts

Annoying when your shoes rub at the heel. The heel counter of our shoes is deliberately firm, so you stand stable. For some people it needs to break in at first.

In this video we show step by step how to make the heel more flexible. You can do the movements firmly and repeat them a few times.

Extra tip

Lace your shoes with a heel lock. Your heel then sits more firmly, moves less and rubs less.

Still rubbing after that? Send us a message and we will think along with you.

Do you have a wound that does not heal well, or do you have diabetes? Ask your GP or a podiatrist for advice.
