My new shoes have a stain or a flaw

Was the stain or flaw already there when you unpacked the shoes? Then we will sort it out free of charge. Please send us these photos:

1.  Both shoes side by side.
2.  A close-up of the stain or flaw.
3.  The size label inside the shoe.
4.  The paper from the shoe box, if you still have it.
