We are happy to accept your return if:
- you register and send it within 14 days of receiving it
- the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original condition
- it is in its original packaging, such as the shoe box
- the return label is on an outer box, not on the shoe box
So try your shoes on indoors first, on a clean floor. That way they stay unworn in case you want to exchange them.
Got something for free?
Did you get a free item with your order, and does your order no longer meet the promotion's conditions after your return? Then send the free item back too. Otherwise we deduct its value from your refund.
