- We check right away whether your order has not been processed yet, and let you know if it worked.
If we cancel your order, you get the full amount back, including insured shipping if you chose it.
Is your order already on its way? Then we can no longer change it. Once it arrives, you can exchange it for free for another size, colour or model, or return it.
