How do I exchange for another size or model?

Exchanging is free. You arrange it yourself in our returns portal: choose exchange there, then the size, colour or model you want.

How to exchange

1. Look up your order in the returns portal with your order number and the email address you ordered with.
2. Choose exchange and pick your new size, colour or model.
3. Pack your shoes. Put them in the original shoe box and the shoe box in an outer box. Stick the return label on the outer box only.
4. Send your parcel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has arrived and we have checked it, we send your exchange item. The sooner you send your parcel, the sooner you have your new size.

Good to know

• Exchanging costs nothing. If you choose your money back, you pay a €9.95 contribution to the return costs.
• Your shoes must be unworn. So try them on indoors first, on a clean floor.
• Not sure about your new size? If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. See the size chart or read which size to choose.
